Dear All,

The summer league starts on Tuesday 3rd April. Please note the date for finals night is now on 17th August, slightly earlier than mentioned at the AGM because Stur Carnival has been put back a week which means Carnival Darts is now 21st August and we didn't want Finals Night to clash with other things happening carnival week.

Because we now have an email address for all the teams we will not be posting fixture lists to each team unless you specifically ask for them. Amy is going to get new score cards to each venue before the start of the season. Please ensure you use the new ones and not any of the old ones that have the incorrect address on them. Don't forget you can scan and email your cards to Amy at results@sturdarts.co.uk if you want to but they must be scanned cards not just a note of the result in an email.

There are a few new teams in the league this year, a warm welcome to the Footy Girls at Stur Football Club, The Crown at Marnhull, the Exiles at the Antelope Hazelbury Bryan and The Royal Oak B. Some of the teams have played in the Winter League but some new faces as well so welcome to all.

Some of the teams have changed names and moved, Trooper is now Old Hart Throbs playing at the White Hart Bishops Caundle, Arms Misfits is now Legion Oldies playing at Stalbridge Legion and TFCOT is now Flower playing at Stur Legion. Also one or two teams have changed captains so please use the current contact list if you need to contact a team captain.

Don't forget that Toby Greenfield is co-ordinating a good deal on top quality dart boards, this should ensure there are no sub-standard boards used for matches.
